At RE/MAX Allegiance, anything worth doing is worth doing extraordinarily, serving our customers competently, efficiently and with knowledge.

Only by satisfying our Associates first do we have the opportunity to satisfy the needs of our other stakeholders. We go to extraordinary lengths to satisfy and delight our customers. We know that by doing so we turn customers into advocates for our business.

To be extraordinary you must differentiate yourself. We are not an average company. Our service is not average. Our people and work environments are not average. Every company member shall consistently deliver extraordinary service.

another, partake in gossip, make drama or fall into a pattern of negativity.

If a team member becomes aware of a need or problem, they own that situation until it is fully resolved, following up with the original complainant even if the issue is escalated. The best team members take ownership of issues and collaborate with other team members whenever challenges arise.

Passion is the fuel that drives us and our company forward. We value passion, determination, perseverance and the sense of urgency. We believe in hard work and in putting forth the extra effort. We are inspired because we believe in what we are doing and where we are going. We do not take “no” or “that will never work” for an answer.

We recognize that without the communities we serve we have no business. We further feel that our communities are on loan to us by future generations and we have an obligation to give back to those communities to ensure that they thrive for years to come.

We respect our environment and recycle and reduce our waste whenever we can.
