RE/MAX Allegiance Stakeholders
A stakeholder is defined as one who is involved in or affected by a course of action:
RE/MAX Allegiance Core Values
1. Delivering Associate Happiness Through Extraordinary Service
At RE/MAX Allegiance, anything worth doing is worth doing extraordinarily, serving our customers competently, efficiently and with knowledge.
Only by satisfying our Associates first do we have the opportunity to satisfy the needs of our other stakeholders. We go to extraordinary lengths to satisfy and delight our customers. We know that by doing so we turn customers into advocates for our business.
To be extraordinary you must differentiate yourself. We are not an average company. Our service is not average. Our people and work environments are not average. Every company member shall consistently deliver extraordinary service.
2. Supporting Team Member Happiness and Excellence
We believe that no matter what happens we should always be respectful of everyone.
RE/MAX Allegiance will never be about one person; therefore, we avoid using phrases like I, me, my and mine. There is no I in team.
We have a positive influence on one another and everyone we encounter. We strive to create harmony with each other and with everyone else we come in contact with. We never blame one
another, partake in gossip, make drama or fall into a pattern of negativity.
Passionate managers who lead from the heart are contagious to the employees in our organization.
While we will celebrate our successes, we are not arrogant nor do we treat others differently from how we would want to be treated.
- Building Open and Honest Relationships
We believe that openness and honesty make for the best relationships because that leads to trust.
We want people to express their individuality in their work. To outsiders, that might come across as inconsistent or weird. The consistency is in our belief that we function best when we can be ourselves. We want the individuality in all of us to be expressed in our interactions with each other and in our work.
One of the side effects of encouraging individuality is that it enables people to think outside the box and be more innovative. When you combine a little individuality with making sure everyone is also having fun at work, it ends up being a win-win for everyone: Employees are more engaged in the work that they do and the company as a whole becomes more innovative.
- Pursuing Personal Growth and Learning
We encourage our team members to seek opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. When we gain knowledge, we contribute to the organization that much more.
We shall promote from within whenever possible.
3. Creating Happiness Through Profits and Growth
We are advocates of our stakeholders' investments and we take that responsibility very seriously. We are committed to increasing long-term company value.
We earn our profits every day through our commitment to our Associates. We recognize that profits are essential to creating capital for growth, prosperity, opportunity, job satisfaction and job security.
We embrace the importance of defining expectations, measuring performance, committing to timetables, accepting individual accountability, and acknowledging and rewarding those individuals that get things done. We will under promise and over deliver; never the opposite.
If a team member becomes aware of a need or problem, they own that situation until it is fully resolved, following up with the original complainant even if the issue is escalated. The best team members take ownership of issues and collaborate with other team members whenever challenges arise.
Passion is the fuel that drives us and our company forward. We value passion, determination, perseverance and the sense of urgency. We believe in hard work and in putting forth the extra effort. We are inspired because we believe in what we are doing and where we are going. We do not take “no” or “that will never work” for an answer.
We must strive to make use of our resources in the most efficient way possible. When we spend the company’s money, we shall spend it as if it is our own. We must become good stewards of the company’s resources and recognize that by doing so, we can better serve our Associates.
- Accepting and Driving Change
We must all learn not to fear change, but to embrace it enthusiastically and, perhaps even more importantly, to encourage and drive it. We must always be prepared for constant change.
We are never satisfied with the status quo. We must never lose our sense of urgency in suggesting and making improvements.
4. Caring About Our Communities
We recognize that without the communities we serve we have no business. We further feel that our communities are on loan to us by future generations and we have an obligation to give back to those communities to ensure that they thrive for years to come.
We respect our environment and recycle and reduce our waste whenever we can.
